scififreakeryesterday's (possibly last real) nerdfest...
anyhow, here's my scrambled recollection of events:
eddie izzard dvd watching, vanilla cake frosted with chocolate, tiny cookies, playing donkey kong 2 and mostly failing (miserably) at the swamp level, playing super mario and getting pretty far, playing ddr a lot, listening to music, making up playlists, going to the park and just swinging in the darkness, laying around on the basketball court, walking around in circles on the court circle, collapsing on the couches hot from jumping around on ddr, wrapping up in jackets and blankets when the air conditioning was too cool, watching some of i heart huckabees, watching battle royal, watching others make smoothies, having discussions on who would kill who first, and with what ready objects in david's room, writing on the paper on david's wall, would you kill a puppy with your bare hands video, bear hello video, lots of loud music playing, bamboo stick fights, stickball, running around in socks, eating junk food with friends, eating spaghetti without cheese (then later with cheese), doodling on a pad with friends, talking with ally about the future and fandoms that got us hooked on fanfiction, reading an online book about zogg and laughing hysterically with ally and kyle, watching other online videos, staying up all night (mostly) when everyone else had passed out somewhere, being discovered by david's mom at five in the morning and shown a recliner in another room i could make use of along with a pillow (that i didn't end up using, now that i think of it) and a comforter, getting a nice two hour nap, watching the others slowly wake up one by one, playing ball revamped while others watched my progress, calling for a ride home, gathering my things, and heading out the door.
